ChangingRoom Agency: Workflow Demo, Custom Backgrounds, and 'What's the Limit?'

Spent yesterday deep in ChangingRoom Agency, testing the actual day-to-day workflow rather than just individual features in isolation. The goal was simple: sit down as if I were a first-time agency user and see how fast I could get from empty account to a finished batch of images.

To show it properly, I posted a TikTok video walking through the real workflow end to end — not a polished ad, just the app doing what it does. It covers adding a new model, adding clothing and accessories, and setting up a custom background, all back to back.

The headline number from testing: adding a new model in Simple mode takes just 6 clicks. Name, measurements, photo, done — fast enough that an agency could onboard a whole roster in one sitting. For studios that need more precision, Tailored mode is sitting right there when they need finer control over the same model profile, without slowing down the people who just want speed.

The video also covers adding Clothing and Accessories to a model’s wardrobe, and how to add a custom user-uploaded Background — your own studio, a client’s shop floor, a location shoot, whatever the brief calls for.

One message that came in after the video summed up exactly why this feature matters. Someone asked, straight up: “What’s the limit?” My reply: up to 100 backgrounds — your imagination is the location. I sent him an invite to a follow-up video confirming exactly that, and this time we took it literally.
