The last few days have been heads-down on ChangingRoom Agency — checking workflow and code end to end, and writing the two documents most developers leave until the last minute: the user Manual and the Privacy Policies.
For an app that agencies will run real client work through, documentation isn’t a nice-to-have. The Manual is what a studio manager hands to a new starter on day one; the Privacy Policy is what a client’s compliance officer reads before uploading a single model photo. Both need to be finished and reviewed well before launch — not cobbled together the night before.
Debugging story of the week: three hours yesterday hunting a language quirk. The trail eventually ended with a loose string and a bracket in the wrong place — the kind of one-character bug that hides in plain sight but breaks a whole language pack. That’s the reality of shipping a genuinely multilingual product. Found it, fixed it, and everything is moving well again.
The October 1st release date is looking good. The next milestone is language testing at scale: working through the other 45 languages to confirm all 47 work end to end — menus, model forms, credit purchase flows and the batch generation wizard included.
Agency Home
Your command centre. The home screen shows your selection tally — how many models, outfit sets, poses and backgrounds you have picked for the current batch. Tap any section to manage it, then tap Generate to produce the full set of catalogue images in one go.
Models
Add your agency models with a name, gender, body measurements (height, chest, waist, hips, shoe size and more) and up to 3 reference photos (front, left, right). Toggle the green/red badge to include or exclude each model from the current line-up. Long-press a model card to edit or delete.
Outfit Sets
Build reusable outfit sets from your wardrobe items. Each set is a named collection of clothing that can be paired with any model, pose and background. Create sets from the Items page and select them on the home screen.
Poses
Choose from built-in pose presets or add your own. Uploaded poses are automatically background-removed (transparent PNG) so the AI can place the model cleanly on any background. Long-press a pose to edit or delete.
Backgrounds
Choose from built-in background presets or add your own. Each custom background can be tagged with one of six lighting effects (Natural Daylight, Studio Softbox, Golden Hour, Neon, Dramatic Rim or Overcast) so the AI matches the lighting to the scene.
Batch Generation
Select your models, outfit sets, poses and backgrounds, then tap Generate. The app produces every combination (models × sets × poses × backgrounds) and bundles the results into a single ZIP download. Each image costs 1 interaction credit.

Manage country, language, currency, interaction credits, account and preferences here. Buy more credits when you need larger batches.
