ChangingRoom Agency is coming on superbly. This new tier extends the core ChangingRoom PMD platform from a single-user try-on experience into proper studio and agency tooling — the kind of batch production capability that fashion brands, e-commerce catalogues and marketing agencies actually need.
The scale is the headline feature. Up to 100 models can be entered into a single project, each one available for 3D picture generation. Clothing items can then be rendered in up to 25 colour variants, across 7 different poses/positions, against 7 different backgrounds — 49 possible combinations per garment, per model, generated automatically rather than shot one at a time.
Once generation is complete, the entire batch can be downloaded as a single zip file. That's the workflow shift that matters most: instead of manually managing hundreds of individual image exports, a full catalogue shoot's worth of assets comes back as one organised package, ready to drop into a product listing, lookbook or ad campaign.
First testing has been spot on. What's particularly notable is that this level of output quality is coming from an app built mobile-up — designed and engineered for mobile-first use from day one, rather than a desktop tool retrofitted for phones. Getting studio-grade batch rendering to hold up on that architecture is no small feat, and it's a strong signal for where ChangingRoom is heading as a platform, not just a single app.
Where the consumer ChangingRoom PMD app solves the problem of "will this fit me, right now, in this shop," ChangingRoom Agency solves a completely different problem: how does a brand or retailer generate an entire season's worth of consistent, on-model product photography without booking a studio, a photographer, and dozens of live models for every single SKU and colourway.
That's a genuinely different value proposition, and one with a much larger commercial ceiling — agencies, e-commerce teams and fashion brands operating at catalogue scale, rather than individual shoppers avoiding a fitting room queue.
