Big milestone today — BuildMe is officially complete. What started as a rough idea for AI-powered project tracking and instant valuations has gone all the way through the pipeline: conception, framework, design, artwork, build, review, audit, and testing. It is live, tested, and out in the world at buildme.pmdservices.uk with its three-tier pricing and five-day free trial. Every app that makes it through that eight-stage process earns its place, and BuildMe has earned it.

With one app graduating out of the pipeline, there is finally room for something new to take its place — and it is a good one. Introducing the concept for ValueMe Pro Auction, the newest member of the ValueMe family, still very much in the early conception stage but with a genuinely exciting premise behind it.

The idea: you photograph your item's existing catalogue description alongside three photos of the piece itself. The app performs in-app OCR to lift the description text automatically and compresses the images on the spot, ready to go. If you are somewhere with patchy signal — an auction house, a storage unit, wherever — it does not matter. Everything queues quietly on your device and uploads itself the moment you are back in coverage. A short while later, a professionally formatted, valuation-ready PDF lands in your email inbox, ready to submit to auction houses or use for a private sale.

It is early days, just an icon and a concept right now, but it is exactly the kind of idea that tends to move fast once it gets going. Watch this space — the pipeline has a new occupant.
